Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £100/week is required at the time of booking, and the balance of the price is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
All bookings made less than 8 weeks ahead will be charged in full at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, the following refund applies:
- More than 8 weeks ahead full refund less £25 administration fee.
- The deposit is only refundable up to 8 weeks before your rental start date.
Rental is all-inclusive, i.e. includes all power, towels and bed linen and the first basket of logs. WIFI broadband is included.
Please arrive after 3pm and leave by 10am on the day of departure. Thank you. This will allow us to service the cottages ready for our next guests.
Please contact us at least one day before arrival to arrange collection of the keys.
Paypal is available for credit and debit cards but an administration fee of £5 per transaction will be added.
No smoking in the cottages please.
